Summary
The course is devoted to gaining knowledge about the theoretical framework, principles, standards and application of project management methodology in the global international environment with a special focus on standardization and techniques applied in project management in the European Union and the United States. The aim of the course is to acquaint students with approaches to project management in EU conditions based on Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework Approach methodologies. Students will gain an overview of the requirements in practice for the creation of a project proposal, analysis of grant opportunities, feasibility studies, business plans, economic and financial analysis of the project. Students will also get acquainted with different approaches to the management of international projects based on relevant techniques, standards and methods of project management, including projects co-financed by EU funds.
