Summary |
---|
The subject represents one of bases of study on FAST VSB-TUO. Students obtain basic information focused on properties of building materials, their composition, structure and physical-mechanical properties. Next part represents binders and silicate construction materials, especially concrete technology and ceramic.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |
---|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic properties of building materials, their composition, structure and also with their physico-mechanical properties. At the same time, they get to know with building material binders and the foundations of the most common building materials such as concrete or ceramics. |
