Summary |
---|
High Volt provides theoretical base of electric strength,
shows its applications for insulation dimensioning of
electrical devices by respect of overvoltages. It describes
device of test laboratories and high volt measurements
problematic. Basic knowledge is supplemented with EMC,
technical diagnostics, electrostatics and use of discharges. |
