| Summary |
|---|
Upon successful completion of the course, the student:
– analyses the architecture and principles of MPLS technology and its applications,
– designs a virtual private network solution using appropriate VPN technologies,
– applies IPsec-based mechanisms for securing data communication,
– analyses quality-of-service parameters in computer networks and their impact on data transmission,
– designs and evaluates QoS mechanisms for specific network traffic. |
| Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |
|---|
The objective of the subject is to understand the recent network technologies in the world of the Internet.
Learning outcomes are set so that the students are able to identify, apply and solve tasks of advanced network technologies. |
