Student Mode

You can also make use of the accelerated visa procedure – the so-called STUDENT MODE.

It is a concept for facilitating the visa procedure for a specific group of students from selected third countries. It helps an applicant seeking a long-term residence permit/visa for the purpose of studies access the relevant embassy quicker.

The preconditions for being enrolled in the Student Mode:

  • You are admitted to study at VSB-TUO (i.e. you have obtained the Recognition of prior education and Final Acceptance Letter or Decision on Admission)
  • Your country is included in the Student Mode (List of countries in the Student Mode)

It is always the University that nominates the students in the Student Mode, i.e. you cannot apply or ask for interview yourself.
