The Center for Energy and Environmental Technologies (CEET), together with VSB–Technical University of Ostrava (VSB-TUO), ccordially invites you to the ceremonial commencement of the reconstruction of the former Building N, the future CEETe II. The event will take place on 20 May 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the area in front of Building N on the VSB-TUO campus.
This occasion will symbolically mark the beginning of the next phase in the development of CEET’s research infrastructure, where the Nanotechnology Centre will significantly strengthen research in materials for sustainable energy, circular technologies, and intensify collaboration with industrial partners.
The programme will include a ceremonial act of tapping the foundation stone, attended by representatives of the city, project partners, and other distinguished guests.
