The electronic filing office is designed to receive emails with guaranteed electronic signatures in accordance with the Act no. 227/2000 Coll. as it has been amended. For posting by the electronic filing office an electronic signature is needed for the email or its attachment. The maximum size of a submission is 20 MB.
Documents in digital form are sent to the email address of the filing office (epodatelna@vsb.cz), via the information system of data mailboxes into the data mailbox of VSB-TUO (ID data mailbox is d3kj88v), by post office or personally in the filing office using data-storage devices enabling the transfer of documents digitally (CD, DVD, USB).
Documents in a digital format are considered to be delivered to VSB-TUO, if they are available in the filing office. Documents in a digital format are available in the filing office in the following cases:
If VSB-TUO receives a document in an analogue format, which is incomplete or damaged so that it cannot be displayed, or to display a user in a perceivable way, or if a document is in a digital format that is not available for the filing office, but the name of the sender can be determined from this medium together with the data to contact the person, VSB-TUO will inform the sender about the defect and will determine further procedures how to eliminate it.
If VSB-TUO, in cooperation with the sender, fails to eliminate the defect, VSB-TUO will not process such document. VSB-TUO will also not process any document in an analogue format, which is incomplete or damaged, so that it is not possible to display it for a user in a perceivable way and at the same time the sender cannot be determined from it.
