Research, teaching and practice of architect Nadia Anderson focus on design as a means of strengthening social cohesion and involvement of architecture in the social sphere and the environment. Her work includes designs such as available modular housing for areas affected by floods or regional studios of local food systems. Her research of theories and practices of transformative power of publicly engaged architecture and design have been published in many magazines and in many national and international conference proceedings and symposia.
