minimum resources consumption, in the optimal time layout and the compliance of
corresponding quality standards. Basic tools and techniques of the project
management. The project life cycle structure, organisational forms of the

• Developing a new produkt or service
• Effecting a change in structure, staffing or style of an organisation
• Developing or acquiring a new or modified information system
• Constructing a building or facility
• Implementing a new business procedure or process
• etc. (f.e. - your holiday, painting of new flat, conference, wedding, study of foreign language, university, playing piano)
