  • A public university, which provides a content-like accredited study programme. An overview of the accredited study programmes at universities in the Czech Republic and the list of universities in the Czech Republic can be accessed via the The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS, MŠMT in Czech); an overview of the study programmes accredited at VSB-TUO is available for download here.
  • The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports – in case of doubt, it determines the competence of the university for recognition or may decide on recognizing the studies itself. It acts as the appellate body in the case of the refusal of the application.
